I came across Perkins Studdard law firm searching on Google to look for a second opinion towards my workman comp settlement case. I set an appointment to talk to attorney Jason Perkins and he return my call the next day. While talking to attorney Perkins on questions that I had , he just didn’t give a simple answer he explained in details and was very sincere towards my concerns within my settlement case. Let me cut to the chase, if you're a veteran needing help navigating your appeals, doing it on your own is not a great idea. many of my veteran friends and colleagues have given up on the process because of how confusing and daunting the task is. I was the same way until I contacted Perkins Studdard. They filed the paperwork and got everything moving; which, on its own, would have taken me months with navigating the panic and complexities of doing it. they helped me understand what my exams would be like which alleviated a lot of the stress that comes with this process. They were also fast to respond either through email or by phone with any questions I had. Even when I had to ask the same things over and over, they were patient with me and made sure I fully understood what I was worrying about. I've heard from other veterans who have used Perkins Studdard, and have heard zero negatives, which is not the case with all appeals lawyers who are just trying to funnel you through as fast and un-thorough as possible. Bottom line, if you want your absolute best chance at filling appeals through the VA, this is where you need to be.

If it were possible to give a 10 Star Rating to Perkins Studdard LLC, I certainly would give it. I had dealt with the VA since 1966 due to reciprocal effects of Typhoid Fever that was misdiagnosed during my time in the U.S. Marines. After getting some compensation in 2018, I was advised by one of my doctors to go for 100% since my conditions were progressive in nature. I have to honestly say, some VA forms may as well be written in Greek, and even though I am a Bible College /Seminary Graduate and minister of the Gospel, I do not have an understanding of the Greek language. I needed help! Let's be honest! Online one can find at least 200 VA Representatives advertising their services and promoting their expertise as the most successful. Travis Studdard is the real deal. He is honest, diligent, tireless, humble, and successful. These are the qualities that really count when the veteran is looking for someone that is on his side from day one. It goes beyond just the man who will stand with you in the court, attend your hearings, defend in conferences, and stay in touch personally. Would give no stars. Not bbb accredited didn't beleave his post about being able to handle wc cases. I would not recommend this law firm Do your research first. Don't believe every thing you read or hear. Do your research, check with the State bar.

One evening while I was seeking information about how to proceed with VA appeals process I found Mr Travis Studdard on YouTube. I watched a few of his videos and felt compelled to contact him since I had a good feeling that he was genuine with helping veterans.
