Michael Flinn is the go to attorney when you have been truly scammed by a car dealer. He doesn't take a case unless he knows he can win for you. He isn't an attorney who will take your money and do nothing. He got a resolution to my issue with a Marietta dealer who sold me a car that was wrecked and did not have all the options that the Ad listed. Mr. Flinn took on my case dealing with a tough, and very large, car dealer in Atlanta that sold me a wrecked vehicle without disclosing the vehicle history when asked. After a year and a half of owning the vehicle, I learned it was wrecked upon attempting to trade it in and the value was diminished by over $10,000. There was evidence supporting that the dealer signed my name on documents accepting the vehicle "as is" and they were very harsh in their response indicating they would not take back the car. I purchased a used car, from a franchise dealership Chrysler dealership in union city 7.31.19. I paid cash in full. I was patient with the dealer the first 60 days. After 60 days I began to pressure the dealership for answers. They in returned told me it has been requested from Tennessee and that they are difficult to deal with. On day 85 I told the GM I wanted a refund, because they had not delivered a tag or title. This is when they wanted milage on the car so they could devalue it from the purchase price and charge me for usage. I contacted several attorneys and found one who told me to come in. I purchased a car that was previously advertised as a clean vehicle with no damage history. After purchasing the vehicle, I was advised that the vehicle had total left side damage that resulted in having to be repainted. Seller refused to take vehicle back.
