I worked with Mr. Pritchard in 2017 after a car accident and told myself that if I ever needed an attorney again it would be him. Unfortunately for me, I had a car accident in October 2023 and did not hesitate to contact Zach’s firm. From the initial meeting until the end, everyone, namely Julia and Madelyne, were amazing. They were prompt, empathetic , thorough, and informative. I hope to never find myself in a situation where I need Pritchard Injury Firm again, but if I do, they’ll be the ones I call.

Ashlee has on several occasions taken the time to make sure that we understood the whole process from start to end. She was always very patient with us and answering all the questions that we had. Ashlee always kept us in the loop and updated us along the way with our cases. Not that I wish I have another case but if I did I would definitely go back to Pritchard. Because I know with Ashlee working there, I have all the faith in the world in her and their team.
