That was paramount to me. I had a concussion & needed treatment asap. They researched concussion centers & had me seen with doctors within two days! They explained the process & how we would partner together every step of the way. I felt confident knowing they were negotiating for my best interest which allowed me to focus on treatment for the injuries. Working out of town my time was crucial everyday & their service helped remove the burdens of constantly being on the phone establishing appointments. The staff are knowledgeable & informed. Pritchard injury firm is the best of the best in my opinion. I felt comfortable and confident with them since day one! I wish everyone could learn what I have learned through this experience and that is, no matter whose fault or how many other people were and are involved, the minute you are in an accident of any kind, you need to retain an attorney. Even your own insurance company will try to get out of paying any more than bare minimum, but when you have an attorney in your corner, they will not only maximize your benefits, but also take care of nearly every detail of the process. It frees up your time and energy to take care of yourself, and recover from your accident, whether it is something more major, or something minor. Additionally, I have had experience with one other personal injury attorney, and I will say, hands-down, that if I were to need one again, I would not even consider calling anyone else except Prichard Injury Firm. I am grateful for all of the help they provided for us, for the benefits they won for us, and for the many things I have learned from them through the process.
