I was injured in a car wreck Nov 11, 2021. I was t-boned. Brad McFall represented me. He and April kept me hopeful. I Endured a neck/spine surgery, not to mention losing my new job with Polk medical center two days after the wreck.. Brad and April not only were upfront and honest, they made me feel like I mattered. They listened and responded direct, but with kindness and care. Made me feel like family. Not to mention they were able to attain the maximum amount possible for my case. I recommend them and will use them again if ever necessary. Brad McFall worked hard for me. I thank God for leading me to the best person for my case.

My family has used him twice but they're too expensive for the service. 1st time was very quick because of a no show at court. 2nd time, My son won his case but he & his investigator did all of the foot work for evidence, it was a case anyone could have won. They rarely give updates on the case. Unless you ask several times for weeks you won't get a response. After weeks and weeks you might finally receive an email but never expect a phone call returned. 1 year, 10 phone calls & not 1 returned. 20 emails & 2 responded to after weeks on hounding. And you'll have to beg for your paperwork after the case is over because noone makes it a priority to get it to you no matter how important the paperwork is. I gave 2 stars only because he can speak English. Good luck

If your looking for an attorney, these folks are the best around in my opinion. I've dealt with Brad McFall a few times in the past several years and can honestly say that he has always exceeded my expectations in the courtroom. It shows that he puts in 110% whereas a lot of attorneys out there seem to just barely put forth 50% effort. He is extremely knowledgeable in regards to practicing law and has always displayed total professionalism I've been a local guide for several years for Google and can be quite critical in regards to places that I have left a review of but there is nothing that can be said negatively in relation to this law firm. I would not hesitate whatsoever in entrusting any future cases that I may have with Gammon, McFall & Villareal.

Bryan villareal and Amanda Anthony are the best. Bryan is straight forward and tells you the truth and the realistic outcome but is also understanding of your needs and wants. Bryan is very caring when it comes to kids being involved. Amanda will work with you to help you with absolutely anything. She is very understanding and will bend over backwards for you. They have helped me through so much and if I needed any other service no doubt I would choose these two over and over again. They are both well educated and do their job well. Bryan will stand up for you and have your back through the very end regardless of the outcome may be. I have high respects for these two.
