I chose Brad McFall to represent me in a recent divorce and I chose him based on reading reviews so I understand how important reviews are. I will just say, look no further, you have found the right attorney with Brad McFall. This divorce had unexpected twist and turns and Brad and his office were very responsive each and every time. He was definitely looking out for my best interest at a critical time in my life. I am very thankful and grateful to have worked with him, I assure you, you will be too!

I have hired Brad McFall on numerous occasions. He helped our family with probate of estate, land disputes/sale, personal injury claim and deed name changes. All transactions went smoothly with professional expediency. Definitely will continue to work with Brad for future legal needs.

My wife and I was recommended to Brad McFall by another lawyer in Cedartown Ga to help us solve a family problem. We made an appointment hoping that the recommendation in a lawyer was what we were looking for. We found him to be more that capable and knowledgeable about the law. The staff in the office was always friendly and very professional. We found him to be a very good attorney, one who will fight for you in the court room. There has been time when he himself has called us to make sure that we understood legal aspect of our case. I remember a time while he was going on vacation with his family and working on our case on the plane.(What lawyer does that ?). He has help my wife and me out in more then one case. I had talked to Brad McFall about a Family matter that I found MySelf involved in thru the Other Party's actions, and also due to My inaction of not having the proper safeguards in place that should have been implemented to negate it from happening to begin with. In My search to find a Lawyer (and it took a while) that could grasp the actual facts that were the "makings" of the case I met Brad. He was able to discern and disect the the facts so He could prepare and present a case to the Court (as convoluted as they are) that brought Us to a favorable Judgement thru the Court System. One thing I found out about Him in Our initial meeting was that He was a Judge for some Years (over a Decade) before He became a Lawyer which shows He knows and understands both sides of the "workings" of the Court system. In Our initial meeting after presenting the facts of My complaint to Him I asked Him did He think We had a chance of winning the case (and again by My inaction to have the proper safeguards in place- i.e. a signed, notarized, collateral loan agreement made out-I more or less 'stacked the deck' against MySelf from the Begining) and His response to Me was that He wouldn't take a case if He didn't think He could win it. Even though it took longer than I would have liked ("The wheels of Justice grinds slow, but it grinds fine") at this point in Time it could not have turned out any better than it has. My case is settled in the State of Georgia but has to be finalized in the State of Alabama as That is where the Other Party Resides. Unfortunately Brad does not practice in Alabama, but He referred Me to a Friend of His that does, and We are in the final stage of what has been a Long Journey. I do recomend Brad McFall as competent Counsel for Your Legal needs. He treated Me fairly, and did a good job on My Legal needs. Thank's Again Brad ! Best, PawPaw C
