Chad and his staff are professionals. Our closings had a few wrinkles and they handled them efficiently and communicated effectively during the process. Chad was very accommodating to us as well, giving us some of his time to explore next steps after our closings. We definitely recommend Chad and his staff for any legal needs for which he is practicing. If the need arises, we would utilize his services again.

My Husband and I arrived 15 minutes early for an appointment with Mr. Knott. There was a man dressed Professionally talking to some folks in the Lobby, we assumed it might be the Attorney. We checked in with the receptionist and were told to have a seat which we did. The group continued to talk for about another 10 to 15 minutes and said their goodbyes. Mr Knott walked right past us never acknowledging our presence once, not even a nod of his head . We continued to sit and sit.. nothing. I approached the Receptionist and asked her if that was Attorney Knott and she stated that it was. After another full 10 minutes my husband and I got up and left. I have never been treated so poorly or had a Professional be so rude in all my life. Perhaps his Ego precedes him.

Having used Chad Knott’s office in the past we expected the same high level of service as before and we were not disappointed. Everyone in the office was very helpful and we highly recommend their office. Thank you, Gene and Treisa Caporale.

We had to wait over an hour to close a cash deal they were running way behind. Wish they would have call us ahead of our appt. otherwise good exp.

Attorney, Chad Knott and especially his assistant Lamour recently handled a challenging home closing with patience and common sense and resolve. I appreciated their approach which got us all to the finish line with as few hiccups as was possible.
