After so many months looking for the RIGHT attorney, I found the one! Mandy McDonough. I’m not even in the same state and right away she briefly heard me out and what was going on with my case. Took a few days for her to get everything in order for me. She is very persistent with her work and gets it done. She will fight for your child like her own! I’ve found inner peace knowing I have her as my lawyer! Not only is she an amazing lawyer but her staff is amazing as well! I’m grateful and blessed with her! TEAM McDonough!!!

Phenomenal attorney with a phenomenal team!

Mr. Phillips is phenomenal. He has represented my family for over 23 years. A kind and caring demeanor with a positive attitude is difficult to find; however, he exemplifies all. Any questions are taken and responded to with sincerity and urgency. My concerns were taken seriously and acted upon with due diligence and remarkable results. His administrative professional, Ms. Vickie, is the ultimate in documentation preparation. Caring, considerate, compassionate, committed, professional, and understanding are words that describe Mr. Phillips. This is not a law firm/practice; they, are family!

Ms. Sellers is very inconsistent in her assessment of what is best for your child. She doesn't takes notes, she doesn't return phone calls or emails. She doesn't have the child best interests in mind when she makes her decision. I shared so many concerns with her as well as other witnesses, and she ignored many. Choose wisely.

Multiple surprise reschedules. I had to request time off work and show up only to find out that she’s too busy for me. That’s fair, I’ll look for an attorney that can communicate. I’d recommend you do too.

Stacy represented me in a proceeding that took so much longer than it should have. In the end, I felt as if I prevailed. I live out of state, but there was not a lapse in service. She is gutsy, and a bit brash but knowledgeable, smart and her pricing is fair. I would Absolutely recommend her and her team.
