Attorney Mandi McDonough was an absolute answer to prayer. Despite working from home during the pandemic and like most of us who had to juggle our jobs and our children who were home from school; she was juggling her elementary aged son and her newborn daughter who was born during the pandemic all while tirelessly working hard on my case fir my family. I found her to be compassionate, timely, encouraging, strategic and very knowledgeable. The first court date she outlined my case perfectly and held my now ex husband accountable for everything he had done. I was awarded custody, child support, generous alimony and attorneys fees from the Judge. Later I found out from my ex that his lawyer charged him $2,000 extra retainer up front because of the fight he knew he had being up against my lawyer. I can see why, she is very strategic, honest and knows the law. I needed a lot of hand holding and needed a lot of explanations throughout the process and she was always generous with her time. I read a lot of reviews before I hired her and there were a few negative that concerned me but way more positive. The negative ones I read were NOT my experience at all. My experience was excellent and professional from beginning to end. After working with Mandi for over a year on my case and getting consistent communication and professionalism, I think those few negative reviews were from angry people on the other side like my ex who she destroyed in court and not from real clients of Attorney McDonough. I would recommend her 100 times! She helped me through the worst period in my life with kindness, empathy and brilliant legal strategy.

Mandi McDonough is an experienced, knowledgeable, and thoughtful attorney. She understands the fragility of your situation and navigates it perfectly. She is gracious with her time, and takes her job very seriously. Thankful for her counsel.

I highly recommend Mandi! She and her staff made a very uncomfortable situation a lot easier on my kids and I. They are very caring and sympathetic toward the needs of their clients. Mandi listens to your concerns, and does not back down until you are comfortable with the outcome of your case! She is a pistol, as my Grandfather used to say!

Google does not offer enough stars for Mandi. I will always be grateful to her for what she has accomplished on my behalf. Mandi goes above and beyond, every time, and in every way. She is passionate, kind, very talented, smart as a whip, and highly dedicated to her job. Mandi spent an enormous amount of time with me preparing for my first hearing. She did multiple zoom meetings with me - many times after office hours - to ensure that all of my many concerns were put to rest. Mandi knows exactly when to push hard and when to compromise. She catches small details on paperwork that make a big difference in court. She also won't file unnecessary paperwork just to keep billing you. Hire her. You won't be sorry!

Rude, slow, horrible service, unethical, and not knowledgeable. Presents her law office as client friendly but it is not. I was charged for a mandatory consultation fee without a receipt. During the consultation, Mandi did not pay attention half the time and was not even able to provide any substantial advice. Did not contact me again until a week later and refused to issue a refund for her office’s substandard customer service.
