I paid 150 for a consultation with mr. Sowers who was very inexperienced with laws governing dfcs. I am not a law student and have studied more on my rights as a parent.

Tim Sowers has successfully represented me in a personal yet very professional manner. Tim has consistently gone above and beyond in protecting my interest. He has made me feel like he genuinely cares about my situation. If I had to do it all again, I would choose Tim Sowers as my attorney.

Tim and Ashley were awesome assisting me with a less than complicated divorce proceeding. They went above and beyond to ensure progress and final conclusion to what otherwise would have resulted in additional cost and both parties not reaching mutual agreed results. Stay away and never use him as a lawyer. He truly screwed my husband over and his custody case. He didn't care at all about him as a client. Very arrogant.

I first met Rob about 7 years ago after my daughter became suddenly involved in a traumatic and deeply emotional divorce proceeding. It's not easy attempting to make decisions which will profoundly impact the lives of your daughter and grandchildren when you're several states away, but it only took several in-depth conference calls to ease this anxiety and make me realize her legal representation was in the right place. I quickly came to understand and appreciate how well Rob knew the practice of family law but more importantly I was impressed with the empathy he showed in his communication with my daughter in one of the most difficult times of her life. Over the next few months, Rob developed and then implemented a strategy aimed at achieving the best and quickest resolution for the family. We were constantly kept apprised of developments and encouraged to frequently ask questions and provide imput. Fortunately, the case strategy went off as planned and Rob was able, reasonably quickly, to negotiate a compromise settlement of the divorce issues whiich satsfied virtually all of my daughter's requirements. Additionally, an added benefit was that Rob has become a continuing positive influence in my daughter's life even after the resolution of this case. I have absolutely no difficulty in giving this firm the highest possible endoresement.

Divorce is always a hard decision. But Rob listened, was compassionate and knowledgeable. He is very professional and has a great paralegal Caroline, who helped me navigate the proceedings and basically held my hand through the whole process. I would 100% recommend Rob and Caroline.
