I retained the lawyer Alan Jones back in February and after one meeting and that meeting I damn near had to beg to get because I felt he hadn’t done anything for my case. Now it’s June and I still haven’t heard anything I’ve reached out and left multiple voicemails for everyone at the office and I never get and answer. I gave a $500 retainer and haven’t seen any result or attempt to reach out for my case. The issues have damn near resolved themself and I’ve made multiple attempts to even ask for my money back since ZERO work has been done on my behalf. If you are looking for a speedy resolve to your legal issues and communication go somewhere else! All I got was excuses after those wore out I got silence.

Seems to be all about money. Wants a $150 consultation fee without even telling me if they handle the type of case that I have. Why would I pay you if you don't handle civil or personal injury cases for example. At least tell me yes or no before requiring me to pay you $150 just to say no after you get my money.

My laywer is the best. He is friendly, straight to the point and plays no games. He actually looks out for his clients. Tim Sowers is the best. I plan on using him for everything I need a lawyer for. I'm sure his partners are the same way as he is.

We hired Rob for a child custody case after our previous attorney took our money and ran. From the beginning, he explained that it would be an uphill battle fighting this case, but we agreed to pursue it. Rob was very responsive in filing the paperwork and keeping us informed of our case with any new developments. His paralegal Caroline is awesome too. I can't say enough kind words for these two. In the end, we got the outcome we wanted. Although he is definitely not cheap, he is honest, fair, and will fight your case how you want it handled. I highly recommend Rob for the job!!

I hired Mr Poydasheff for a child custody modification. Throughout the entire process, I felt that he genuinely had my best interest in mind. He is also very through. Even though I had gone through a very similar process with my divorce (using a different attorney ) Mr Poydasheff made sure I was well aware of the process I was entering. I even learned quite a bit more than I thought I already knew.
