They will drag a case out as long as they can

I brought this firm one of the messiest cases a family attorney could probably imagine. (In fact, two firms turned my case down because they didn’t feel capable of handling all of the moving pieces in my situation. Yes, I was that client who emails/calls several times a week, for months.) Andrew Prater was 100% honest and accurate about his opinions in my case. (Translation? He told me the truth even when it wasn’t what I wanted to hear. Meaning I was genuinely prepared for the issues I was dealing with.) Andrew Prater was 100% professional. If my case wore him out? I never knew it. I’m certain my case wore him out. He was respectful of my time, my finances, and my situation. I genuinely believed that it would be impossible for one attorney to do all of that. Andrew? From the bottom of my heart? Thank you.

If you haven't prepared your will and you dread even thinking about doing it, you need to meet Penny. Hans & I felt just that way. We procrastinated with every excuse. Honestly, it seemed complicated, and we had a sense of doom thing about a will. Then we met Penny. She explained the importance and held us accountable, which we really needed. Her professionalism and experience exceeded my expectations. Penny guided us through the entire process, broke it all down in layman's terms, and did all of it with smiles and kindness.
