Very helpful during a very stressful situation!

We have used this firm twice. Once to set up a LLC and once to create wills. They were competent, professional and personable. We had many questions about the LLC formation and they were patient enough to answer our questions and give us options about bundling or not bundling multiple properties in one LLC. We chose to not bundle. We were looking for someone to do our wills. Several attorneys gave us by the hour rates of which we were leery. Wilbanks gave us a flat fee with which we were more comfortable.

Earlier this year we met with Dylan Wilbanks and staff to set up a durable power of attorney. Everyone was professional and I would highly recommend them for this type of service as well as others.

I hired this firm to handle the estate of my deceased parents. From the first phone call I made to the end of services I requested, Wilbanks Law Firm exceeded my expectations. They were knowledgeable, efficient and delivered everything as promised on the dates promised; and in the process, I learned a lot about probate law. I especially appreciated how accommodating they were since I was out of state. Penny, the paralegal there, was always helpful and responsive and kept the ball rolling by phone. I hired Dylan to help collect a civil judgment. He is very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. The entire team including Penny and Belinda were very friendly and responsive and led me through a very complex process. I would not hesitate to engage with them again and highly recommend their practice.

They were unprofessional. I visited office 4 times to speak with some one no one could ever speak with me or call me back. I had them start my case over 8 months ago no one would call me back or anything Belinda was always on vacation or not working that day in left several voicemails and emails and notes with secretary and visited office. I decide to edit my review we had some issues but he mended it best he could so there was an issue but it got handled fairly I wanna be fair and honest about it hopefully they learn do better job from here on I’m satisfied with outcome finally felt heard Dylan made it right.

Take your money then doesn't work.

If could give a zero I would very rude. I wasn't invited in. I tried to talk to ask a lawyer a question coming out said he was late for court laughing with another attorney. Made me feel like I wasn't worth there time.
