I contacted Banks, Stubbs and McFarland because of the great reputation they have with handling difficult cases. I was referred to Phil Pilgrim to handle my case. I was terrified with what I had been charged with. I found myself facing some very serious charges that I felt were very unfair. If convicted, I was facing serious jail time. It was a life altering/ending situation I found myself in. After speaking with Phil and reviewing my case he assured me that he could help me and I decided to hire him. I left my life in his hands. It’s now three years later and the case has been settled. He’s a great lawyer and just all around good person. He gave me my life back and I’m very greatful for the job he did for me. Good representation does not come cheap, but it was worth every penny. I regret the circumstances in which we had to meet but I can’t say enough good things about him. I also have to give his assistant Kelly her recognition. As strange as this may sound I’ll miss our phone calls.She is so sweet and an absolute pleasure to talk to.
