I highly recommend this firm, David Metzger is the best!

One young lady that answered had a very nasty attitude. I couldn't even ask one question. I could care less that she didn't want to answer, but her derogatory tone completely turned me away from even considering using this firm. Don't even deserve the one star that I clicked.

I scheduled a phone consultation with David Metzker and was very happy with the result. He not only explained the nuts and bolts of landlord-tenant law as it applied to my situation but also provided a strategy for moving forward toward a win-win outcome for all concerned. He was thorough, knowledgeable and approachable, and I highly recommend him. 5 stars!

I have paid $350 for phone consultain with David Metzger. I am having problem with my commercial vehile parking residential area. He doesnt know much about code enforcement. Yet he said he doesnt work this type of cases. I have heard so many “I dont knows” during our conversation. I know more stuff than this guy. Yet he said he does not conser this type of issue. If so why you took my money. Edit for your response: He just read the warning document back to me. It is obviously there is nothing he can do for me get a permit from the city so I can park my commercial vehicle. Did he help me to get the commercial vehicle parking in residential area permit? A big fat NO. Just kept saying get a business license. I know that too. Thats what it says warning document.

I looked online for a real estate lawyer. Iread the reviews and decided to give this office a try. I had spend thelast 3 months trying to get another lawyer to process ahome deed . Afternot being able to get any information from the first lawyer ( another officenot connected to this office) , I decided to find someone else.I am happy that I found Williams Teusink office. They alway answered the phone, was very friendly and I was able to get my questions answered. Plus they are located near me in Decatur.
