I received a consultation for forming an LLC with some friends to co-own a vacation cabin. Abrams had read and understood our 12 page document in advance of the meeting, and during the consultation answered every question, anticipated the key ones, and advised us how to complete the process. Mr. Teusink met with me virtually very last minute with an extremely important and time sensitive issue.

We met with David at their practice during the Covid-19 times and he was great to work with!
Their rates for helping us with our real estate lproperty law needs were extremely fair. David was able to assist us quickly and turn around some deed work we needed done within just two days!

I'll be the first to admit that I'm no expert on tenant rights. When I felt like I was being bullied I knew I had to get help from someone who was an expert. I found Eric Teusink to be just that.
Based on my experience, I have no reservations about giving this firm a five star rating. If a need for similar services arose, I would not hesitate in hiring them again.
