Called in to get some general information. Was not happy with customer service experience Receptionist Lanika was very rude, her tone was off and she did not let me speak, she also hung-up the phone as I was speaking mid-sentence. Do not feel comfortable working with a firm that allows this type of behavior will not be calling back .

I would highly recommend working with Nicolas Bohorquez at Williams Teusink. I purchased my first home and immediately ran into issues the day after closing. My consultation with Nicolas left me feeling much better about my situation.
