2020 !! The year that just kept on giving. Unfortunately at lunch one afternoon, I was T-boned by an individual that was not paying attention to where he was going. This was the first car accident I had been in so needless to say I was shaken a bit when it occurred. I was referred to DeWoskin Law Firm by a co-worker. Throughout the entire process of this claim, Alex and Amanda were always updating me, informing me of any new developments and offering their assistance any time I called. They were very professional and informative, and so very helpful in calming my nerves. I feel they went above and beyond what was required or even expected. They listened. In today's world, most people are too busy talking to actually listen to others. I hope that I never need an attorney again for this type of matter, but if I do, DeWoskin Law Firm will be the only firm I will call.

I was involved in an auto accident in August 2017. A teenager ran a stop sign pulling out in front of me. The Georgia statutes accident timeline was about to expire. I was referred to Attorney DeWoskin. After we had spoken about my case, Attorney DeWoskin offered his help with the matter. He handled the case even with the short timeline remaining and helped settle the case for me. If I have to use another attorney, Dan will be the first one I call. He and his staff worked diligently for me to get the best settlement available on this case.
