Dan DeWoskin was a great advocate for me. I'm fairly new to Georgia with no family here. I was in a car accident that totalled my car. The driver ran the red light and I was cited by the police. Dan was able to get my citation dismissed, he communicated with my insurance company (as they had found me at fault as well), and he was able to get me a settlement from the driver. Dan and his Paralegal Amanda stayed in communication with me every step of the way. I appreciate their honesty, professionalism and advocacy. Thank you 😊

Dan DeWoskin is the bomb! I called him about a summons I had received from a creditor. He told me all my options and told him how the case would end up if he represented me. I agreed to allow him to represent me. Within a month, the creditor's case was dismissed with prejudice! Dan and Michelle kept me updated through out the entire process. Alex Merritt was wonderful. He was very professional and always responded quickly when we had any questions. He was honest about what to expect in court. We had a lot of emotions and I do not think he could have done anything better to deal with the circumstances of our unusual case. There were many calls and emails explaining the situation, the law and the process. It took 2 years to get a result (due to COVID), but we could not be happier with his representation and patience. I couldn’t be happier. I’ve used this firm twice. My first case in 2013 I was a nervous wreck. I was being sued by a collection agency. No words can express how grateful I am for Mr.DeWoskin❤ I caught a DUI case in one of the toughest counties in Atl, Georgia and I was referred to his law firm. I was facing up to 6 months in jail and much more. I followed his legal advice and went to one of the BEST centers 'Georgia Recovery Center'. I completed the courses he recommended and stayed on the right track. The day of my court hearing he showed up and stood by my side. I only had to serve 5 days in county jail.
