I found myself in unchartered waters, needing an attorney, more specifically a bankruptcy attorney. I was referred to Jeff Field & Associates by a good friend who used their services before. I was most impressed that Jeff handled my case, himself. He was always very professional, very detailed when explaining and most importantly, to me when anxiety can be very high; very responsive! He knew this situation was foreign to me and he held my hand through it all. Without reservations, I highly recommend Jeff Field & Associates!

Our experience was great! Alex and everyone there made the process very simple and smooth and answered any questions we had. We were very pleased with the service we received.

What can I say??? This process was smooth as ever. I spoke with an attorney in December just to get information on how the process works he explained and went over every question I could think of. We spoke again in March and got the process started and literally within a week the attorney and his case manager were pulling reports getting out petition ready for court. Less than a month later we were having our hearing before the judge. Smooth sailing and not even 90 days later we are discharged and free of our burden debts and on the road to rebuilding. I can’t thank our/your team enough for everything you have done.

**Real review** I was extremely nervous filing a chapter 7 and going the bankruptcy route. You hear so many negative stories regarding following bankruptcy. However, I can honestly say this was the best decision I've made for my financial situation. The process was very educational and informative. I heard Amy Hayes because she was actually a friend of mine from school and I heard she was actually a good lawyer. Went to court several times where she showed up late or did not show up she would not return my phone calls or my messages and she made me plead to a deal that I didn't want to plea to and now I'm looking at going to jail because I don't think I can make all these probation payments and funds and fees and these unnecessary classes that I'm having to take and community service.

I hired her and thought she was good convinced my daughter to hire too $3000 from me and $2500 from my daughter i had 4 court appearances i was there Amy did not show up for any. two meetings scheduled a phone call scheduled she missed them i asked and asked for status as my wife was selling my property violation of Standing order 3 she did nothing i have lost thousands of dollars of equipment materials could be more who knows who cares Amy don’t care . i was persistent i mailed,texted called her assistant nothing then i called cell phone and that was “not ok” that was “abusive” so filed some motion and withdrew from my case and then to really teach me a lesson she withdrew from my daughter case she will find a way to keep most or all the money while me a homeless combat veteran suffering continues and my daughter about custody of her precious 9 year old and my granddaughter i really didn’t know lawyers could be so cruel and hurtful and get away with it. i will pray for her
