I highly recommend Attorney Juan Estrada. I had an approximate $5,000 small claims court suit to file. I had been trying to get resolution with a retailer for over 2 years to no avail. I am a senior citizen with no previous court experience. I didn't know what to do or say on a small claims filing. I didn't know my legal rights nor how to put them into the filing claim. I called a number of law offices but no one would help me due to the low dollar amount and most didn't work with magistrate's court cases (small claims for $15,000 and under). Finally, I decided to call the Atlanta Bar Association for advice on what to do. They recommended I call Juan Estrada. What a blessing! Juan immediately asked about my claim, asked many questions and he was able to fully understand my situation. He immediately knew laws and precedents that applied to my case. He was genuinely empathetic and made me feel as if I was a member of his family that he was helping. Within a couple of days, Juan sent me a plan of action that he would take to get my issue acknowledged and resolved by this store owner, and to my astonishment, Juan got my claim settled with everything I was asking for, within 10 days and without having to go to court! Juan is amazing, he really cared about how I was harmed and how he would get it resolved. He worked on my case even on evenings and over the weekend, he did what he said he would do within the dates he said he'd do it. His fee was very reasonable and I, my family and my friends, who know the whole story of my case, have all said they will go straight to Juan if they ever need an attorney in the future.
