A slightly long review because I can't stress how important this is first of all Thank you to Attorney Ashley Black: I have a friend he's a truck driver on the road a lot his mom just suddenly passed away in December now him and his siblings are not getting alone at all his sister wants to be in charge and run the show(so to speak) his mom was a elderly widow that lived in a very small country town she had no Will, no estate plans but kept her important business such as money, insurance policy, deeds to the house in a shoe box back in a room under a bed, the sons had to come from other states but once they arrived there the box was no where to be found. My friend knew what was in the box because the mom TOLD him where it was and what was in it she was leaving the house to him and there's a 10,000 insurance policy that was in his name alone with cash. When I contacted Attorney Ashley she was so....very helpful she look over the paperwork which was a quick claim deed with all their names on it which means it was left to all of them but there was no Will, nothing in writing saying who was the executive over her affairs which is leaving everything up in the open. Attorney Ashley answered every question and explained it in details where we understood it but she clearly stated how important it is to have your business in WRITING she educated me on so many things that I had no knowledge of that's very beneficial because sometimes we don't think about issues until issues happens such as death, it can break a family apart Attorney Ashley explained to me that's why you need Estate planning/A Will meaning you will know who gets the house, car, money etc...once you pass away It's hard to greive and have to worry about funeral arrangements, how it going to get paid for, who's name is on the policy's to avoid all that go talk to Attorney Ashley Black she wants to help you have a piece of mind.

Very thankful I came across Estrada Law! He recently advised me on how we should handle my current landlord issue by helping me understand the overall legal process and potential scenarios from taking different approaches. If this escalates further, I'll have to consult Juan again since he was able to answer every question despite how convoluted the situation was. Definitely knows his stuff.

I recently had an ongoing issue with a property where I resided where it went from one issue to another. Thank you so much Attourney Hall, Attourney Hall was very responsive and very helpful with my Probation Revocation Hearing. The Probation Officer recommended that I do Jail Time but Mr. Hall did an outstanding job making sure that I wouldn’t go to Jail.
