Save your money and try somewhere else. I had an acre lot I was giving away and they signed all of my property away. They corrected it but I was out 2500$. I didn’t ask for my money back once. I asked them to ensure it was fixed 6 months later because the tax accessors showed different and they tried to hit me up for more money. Hopefully this will help you save some unnecessary stress.
