I have closed with Brett and her staff three times and I am working on my fourth! I trust her and believe in the work they all do!! I recommend her to everyone I know and once I get my real estate license I will recommend her to my clients. You couldn’t ask for better people to work with! ❤️

There is a reason the #bestclosers exist and this attorney office is it. Having closed over 50+deals with them, I can honestly say every time has been above and beyond. Not only do they ensure every step is thought of but the respect and extra things they do for our active military and veterans ensure this local girl turned real estate agent will always return .

We just left this office and what an incredibly HORRIBLE experience! We walk into the closing to an argument between the buyers and the attorney. No introduction, no pleasantries. We begin discussing paperwork. At this point, my husband states he doesn’t understand something since WE JUST WALKED IN and the attorney raises her voice and asks “What is it you don’t understand? We need to get this done and I have to leave.” Mind you, this closing had been scheduled for WEEKS! Everyone at the table had to adjust their schedule and you couldn’t? She literally walked out of our closing and left saying she had to be somewhere. Someone in her office named Stephanie stepped up, diffused the situation and we did get to close. However, we will NEVER recommend this business to anyone! Unbelievably unacceptable and undeserved to someone who is paying for a service. Felt completely blindsided and disrespected!

We have used Brett on a business and personal level for years and I would highly recommend her. She is very knowledgeable, responsive and fully capable of protecting your legal interests.

Brett Jones and I started working professionally in Ellijay, GA the same year, she was an attorney, I was a starting realtor! I have had nothing but great experiences and great memories with Brett. She has ALWAYS had a great staff, as well! Her real estate closings are organized, smooth and personal! I love that I can pick up a phone and ask a question and not be forced to interact with a portal! I also love that I can text her at midnight and she answers. Lastly, she makes Me feel important, even though I’m not her busiest realtor! Heck she even remembers my birthday ! I can barely do that for family! I love Brett Jones and staff. I don't know why Linda Kennedy is appearing. My name is Annemarie and I just had a closing with the staff at Brett Jones. I can't believe how wonderful the closing went. Every piece of paperwork was checked, rechecked, signed and studied to every inch of real estate law. FLAWLESS. I did not attend the closing but my real estate agent did and the professionalism of ALL staff in the office is second to none. Thank you and the staff for your continued commitment to all you serve.
