Brett is a very knowledgeable real estate attorney whom I’ve known and had dealings with for 15 years. I have worked with her office in a professional capacity while I worked in banking and also when I worked at a different closing attorney’s office. She is always quick to address any questions or concerns. I have also used Brett recently for a personal closing of my own. She is very efficient and executed the real estate closing flawlessly. I would recommend her for all your real estate needs!

THE. VERY. BEST. As a real estate agent having done so many closings with Brett and her staff, I can say with full confidence that they are such a wonderful team to work with. I sometimes joke that I have a full-time personal assistant vicariously through Brett's office because their staff is always on top of my transactions! I called to schedule a consultation about some basic questions I have surrounding the purchase of some investment properties. First I was told that Ms. Brett wouldn’t be able to answer my questions. Then her legal assistant got on the phone and told me that they don’t usually schedule consultations and that she would be able to answer any question I had since she had worked there for 10 years. Being a lawyer myself, albeit not a real estate lawyer, I can tell you that non-lawyers aren’t supposed to be giving legal advice.

Brett was our closing attorney for a real estate purchase and we were so pleased we went back to her again for a second purchase. Best experiences. Always on top of things, even when unexpected things came up and when time pressures ramped up. Very communicative and responsive to concerns and questions. She dealt well with our realtor, the other realtor, broker, the bank... just everyone. And the closing experience was smooth and positive and just a happy moment. I will use Brett again for future legal needs and have referred her to friends and family.

I recently worked with this real estate company and was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. The agent assigned to me was unresponsive and unprofessional, and it seemed like they were more interested in closing the deal than helping me find the right property. The process was stressful and I felt like I was left in the dark throughout. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a positive and seamless experience.
She pays for reviews to bury accurate feedback and was a nightmare. Please watch out from this agent.
