As a client, I called to find out what I could do about a $1500 sprinkler damage that I had spent the past seven months trying to get someone to talk to me about, I was told that a non-billable phone call would be made to investigate. Two hours later I received a phone call scheduling the sprinkler repair and yard renovation. Both were completed perfectly. My experience with Tisdale Middleton & Land would be a lot higher than a five star rating if possible

Highly recommend Adam Land! He did an amazing job handling my case. Adam is extremely knowledgeable, fights for you, and cares about his cases. He was able to deliver and get me everything I asked for. His paralegal Tonnia is also incredible. She is so kind, caring, and diligent. Tisdale Middleton & Land is absolutely worth the money.

I needed legal advice and paid $200 to Barry for an Initial Consultation. He did give good advice on some of the questions I had. However, at about the 45 minute mark of our meeting he said he had another appointment and he pretty much shut the meeting down. He didn’t tell me at the beginning of our meeting that he had another appointment scheduled or I would have specifically asked ALL of the questions regarding ALL of my concerns. But since he abruptly ended our appointment, I was unable to ask two very simple additional questions that I had. Before I left, I asked the receptionist to ask Barry the following day if he would answer the two additional questions since I had felt rushed and didn’t have time to ask the questions to Barry myself. She called the following day and said Barry didn’t feel comfortable answering the two questions and would not answer the questions without me first retaining him as my lawyer for $3,500. The two questions I had were very general questions. I believe Barry would have been comfortable answering them had I been given a chance to ask the two questions during our 45 minute meeting. As a note, during our 45 minute Initial Consultation, Barry did indeed answer a lot of my questions, but we also spent a good deal of time talking about inconsequential stuff. Again, had I known that our meeting would be rushed with a very abrupt ending, I would have made certain that my two questions were addressed. But I am not paying a lawyer $3,500 to answer two questions. I am displeased with the $200 Initial Consultation and would not consider using Barry for any future legal services.

Mrs. Jennifer Mckinzie was a true blessing. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Mrs. McKinzie was proverbially holding my hand walking me through the process and was always there for me when I had a question. She was able to resolve my custody proceedings without having to go before a judge.

This firm is the ONLY place to go if you want your case handled efficiently and in a timely manner. I can't say enough good things about Andy & Adam. We've had many cases they have handled and although it takes time it's because they are so thorough they get the job done and get it done beyond expectation. If you need a lawyer please do not hesitate to call these guys they will handle your case and make sure the job is done correctly. Their work speaks for itself!!

Jennifer McKinzie helped me with a modification of visitation and she was amazing. Whenever I had questions and would email she would always get back with me so quickly. I explained what I wanted/needed and she was on it. Such a sweet woman all the way around and also so knowledgeable about the family court laws. The price is alittle high but trust me you really do get what you pay for.

Tisdale Middleton and Land is by far the most professional, most responsive and most caring law firm I have ever dealt with. Over the span of 7 years, I have had to hire 7 different attorneys to handle matters ranging from divorce, custody, car accidents etc. Through my experiences in the legal system, many other lawyers seemed to only be in it for the money rather than to actually help their client, other lawyers did not have the knowledge or expertise to take on my case but did anyway and it cost me, not just financially, it changed my life, my circumstances and not for the better.
