Okay. I just opened a case (if that is the correct wording) with Mr. Adam Land not even a week ago. He is already expressing to be an amazing lawyer. The whole office staff in this short period is exceptional. Walked in the first day and sitting in the lobby, a lady walked up and offered something to drink for my mom and I which I feel is very welcoming. Our meeting started right away. It was very professional, yet at the same time very comfortable. When I called just a few minutes ago a man answered the phone and was very courteous and went straight away to see if Mr. Land was available. Immediately it seems Mr. Adam Land was on the phone and knew exactly who I was and what my case was on. He knew the exact name of the other lawyer whom we are meeting with. Wether he had it known already by memory or had notes with him at the phone I don't know, but it was rather very quick to have pulled the information and gotten to the phone so in such a short time if that was the case. Already within less than a week I am very satisfied with Mr. Adam Land. He recognized my mom from a few years back working on a prior case for someone else. And being a few years back, that shows a lot for his clients case concerns.

If you're a crook, he will get you off. Of you don't care about integrity Middleton is your man!

I would have lost everything without Andrew Tisdale (Andy) and Adam. Andy is a spitfire when it comes to defending what he believes is true. I went through various lawyer consultations before I found him, and he was the first to not to have fear or hesitate when I told him my situation. In the end, it all turned out for the best in my defense. I will forever be grateful for all they did for me. I thank God every day for sending down an angel to help me. Thank you!

I sought legal help from Mr. Tisdale and Mr. Middleton with a civil matter; I was referred to them by a very strong leader in our community. I am so happy to have had that referral because Andy and Barry left no stone unturned in regards to my case. They were forthright and honest in all areas whether it was a projection of cost, personal danger I may find myself in, criminal behavior on the part of defendant, research in other cases similar to mine, expectations of the ruling, and any other area with which I had questions. These gentlemen make an excellent legal team; in the courtroom they are confident, poised, eloquent and effective. Their office staff is beyond reproach! This is by far one of the best law firms I've ever worked with. Everyone from the law office just always seemed so professional and courteous! It's like they understand you. They know you're going through a stressful situation, and they don't want to add any extra issues. They sit down and listen to you, and help you get the best possible out come. It feels good knowing someone has your best interest in mind, not just focused on the money. I would recommend this law firm to anyone who's in the search of someone being in their corner. Sucks Google only allows me to do 5 stars😀.

Barry Middleton is a great attorney. He represented me in a lawsuit filed against me and the case was successful. His knowledge of the law is admirable, he's compassionate and courteous. Barry will be my attorney again if the need arises.

Barry Middleton handled my contempt/child custody case from May until just recently. He kept up communication with me throughout and never left me with any questions. He was upfront with me about costs and kept my expectations realistic about my case. If I were in need of another attorney he would be the first I would call. He did a great job outside and in the court room.

This law firm was hired to represent my sister who has special needs. My sister had been controlled and abused by my mother pretty much her entire life. My mother had been using my sisters money as if it were her own. She also acquired several credit cards in my sisters name that she kept in her possession never letting my sister know what was being charged on them or why. While in most areas my sister is very bright and capable of learning she had been taken out of school in the fifth grade and not allowed to get an education. My mother only allowed her to learn the things that would benefit her like letting my sister get a learners permit so that someone could drive for her when she would drink too much in a restaurant which was a regular thing. It was only because of my mother getting so drunk and high on pills one night that my sister was able to escape from the home to come and live with me. When my sister moved out my mother refused to give my sister her Medicaid or Medicare information. She also refused to give her the medications that she needed. My mother also refused to turn over my sisters credit cards, check book or any other financial information of my sisters. After my sister moved out less than 48 hours later my mother forged a $5000 check off of my sisters account which she did go to jail for. After that she continued to use my sisters credit cards and there are pending charges for that. My sister is half owner of the property that she had lived in with my mother because of her legal fathers death. When we went looking for legal help for my sister we were hoping for someone that would act as an advocate for my sister and sympathize with the way she had been mistreated, denied the opportunity for her own life and taken advantage of for financial gain. When the firm agreed to take her case they knew that myself or another person would be sitting in on the meetings with my sister and this is how things were done until this past week when Attorney Barry Middleton decided he did not like me and my sister was told that she could bring anyone with her except me. My sister lives with me and is dependent on me for transportation. My sister the paying client told them she wanted me there and this is when the firms owner Andy Tisdale opened the front door of the office and told us to get out and not come back on his property. So this man basically threw out a paying client who has special needs and had given them money she couldn't afford to spend. I would like to say that the attorney that was assigned to handle her case was Kristen Bloodworth and as far as I can tell she was at least trying to do what she felt was best for my sisters case and had nothing to do with what happened that day other than having to follow the orders of two men who seem to be on a power trip
