Absolutely amazing firm and staff! I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Clint Barbour regarding two major criminal cases for Coweta county and Meriwether county. Justin was a Godsend! My daughter's mother had begun to become mentally unstable and I was in a situation where I had to keep my daughter away from her and her family. As a Father who was not married to her mother things were tricky as far as my Parental rights. I consulted with Justin and immediately knew that he was the Lawyer for me. As soon as I retained him he began to take action. The situation was extremely stressful but Justin kept me at ease and I felt good knowing that he had my back. He helped me to secure my Custodial and parental rights to my daughter. I don't know what I would've done without Justin..He was Fantastic!! Me and my daughter will be forever grateful. Unfortunately, I am forced to change my review at this later date The above is still true, and based on that, I tried to hire Clint for a family law matter. He had a scheduling conflict, and so, on Clint's recommendation, I hired Chris Brown instead. Everything good about Clint was wiped away by the treatment I got from Chris Brown. Months would go by with no contact or responses to my numerous calls and messages trying to find out what was going on or when I could seek relief from the court. Any clients of this firm should read their statements carefully, because I would be double billed for items. A whole year went by without any meaningful work done on my case, Chris didnt even file an entry of appearance. I hired Chris to defend me in court and advocate for my rights. But after I paid my fees in retainer, Chris just disappeared. A whole year went by with me waiting in reliance on Chris's contractual agreement and word that we would go to court and that I could seek relief. I could understand if he lost, it happens. But he never even tried. And I just kept waiting for a chance to provide evidence to the court that my ex wife was restricting access to my kids. I just kept waiting, for a whole year, to prove she was violating the divorce decree, and Chris just took my money and did absolutely nothing, charging me for each email I sent asking what was going on and when we were going to court, and even though he charged me, he only rarely responded and never directly answered my questions. Just kinda said, oh yeah, i need that evidence again, but we are going to court, dont worry. But it never happened. I lost a year of watching my kids grow up, a year with no contact, due to Chris Brown's willful failure to perform his contractual duties. He abandoned me and lied to me about what he would do to help me get my kids back and protect my legal, parental rights. There was no justifiable reason for my wife to restrict access, it should have been a quick, easy case, and Chris just blew it. I am writing this in the hopes that no one else has to suffer as I did. Please dont expose your self to potential suffering by hiring this lawyer, Chris Brown, or a law firm that allows this kind of behaviour.

I recently used BB&T for a variety of legal services. I worked mostly with Justin Thrailkill and he was great to work with. He got me through everything quickly and efficiently and I was pleased with the outcome. Not once did anyone at the firm try to drive up billable hours or increase costs. I got through a complicated process with just a few flat fees, and he always responded to my questions quickly. If I ever need legal services again I will definitely be going back to BB&T.

I usually don’t do reviews, but I had to this time because my lawyer was AMAZING. I had Clint as my lawyer for my divorce case, he was great! He looked out for as me, as I can be a push over because I am too nice and a people pleaser. He listened to what I wanted and he was very honest and straight forward. He was also very professional!
