10/10 recommend! I was in a 18 wheeler accident, where my car flipped about 3-4 times. The case was a tough cookie. But not to this amazing firm. It was like a piece of a cake to them. Kacie made sure to keep contact, even when I couldn't. That didn't stop them!!! They made sure that I was going to get my worth. They did exactly that. When I say professionalism at its finest! After being in our accident and seeking help with the insurance company, Mr. Pope made things so easy to understand and stress free. We were in constant communication with him and his team. I was rear ended in a car accident in 2023. The wreck resulted in almost $10,000 in repairs not to mention the medical bills and pain suffered too. After an accident I had I was hurt to the point where my life was interrupted physically and to the point where I couldn’t do much. I couldn’t do basic things for my family or around the house. But then I had to have surgery which was a long recovery but I am doing better now. Not a 100% but enough to where I am back to where I need to be! Mary was wonderful in informing me about the progress of my case and also helping me to understand each step of the process to getting a settlement.
