I would just like to share my amazing experience with Hasty Pope LLP. They were very professional and courteous. Elle Haynes was so great she would always help me when I called if she wasn't available right then she would return my calls. She helped me anytime I had questions and kept me up to date with my case. It was unlike any experience I've ever had with any other attorney. I felt like I really did matter to them and they really did care about me and my case. They got me more than I ever imagined I would get. And when I needed help for Christmas before we settled she was able to help me by getting me in touch someone. They were just so amazing I have to say again. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that needs a lawyer. You wont be disappointed by them.

Jonathan Pope was a God send to my family and me! When my mom was in a serious auto accident we didn't know what to do! The person that was at fault only had state minimum insurance and we were looking at hundreds of thousands of dollars of medical bills! Mr. Pope didn't see much hope of helping us since the defendant was insured. He never gave up though. He got my mom a very fair settlement and walked us through the entire process! I am 100% satisfied with the resolution that my lawyer, Dustin Davies, and his paralegal Abigail Guzman were able to obtain for my case. The insurance company, even though they were 100% at fault, initially low balled me and forced me to get a lawyer. That's when I went to Hasty Pope (Gainesville Office) and Mr. Davies took on my case. Because he is a trial lawyer the insurance company knew off the bat we were willing to go the distance if need be. He was able to get me the full policy limits even though they initially offered me a fraction of that amount!! I especially appreciated that on my first visit he sat down with me and explained the process from beginning to end. Ms. Guzman was also extremely helpful. She always returned my calls and was willing to answer any questions I had throughout the entire process sometimes explaining the process again to me when I couldn't remember what the next step was.
