I was in a horrible auto accident .. After being referred to Jon Pope my life got so much better.. My pain and injuries didn't go away but I was able to focus on my heAlthcare knowing I was represented by the absolute best attorney anywhere. Jon is not only professional, caring, honest and ethical but you really feel as if he were caring for one of his own family members when he goes to bat for you.. In times like this you don't need the headache and worry about where you stand in the legal process.. Not only do you receive updates, frequent calls and emails but if you ever have a question about anything they are there to take your call and never too busy to take a few minutes to explain anything you need.. This is the most ethical, well respected, honest and kind attorney anywhere hands down the best!!! Not to mention his experience and knowledge and the respect he gets from the whole legal community says it all.. I would hands down comfortably put my name and number on here if I could and tell anyone that finds themselves in a situation where you need to hire an attorney to represent you to not hesitate to call me... The team at Hasty Pope are simply AWESOME! They worked very diligently to get my settlement and kept me informed the whole way. I will now be able to have my surgery and concentrate worry free about paying my bills while recovering. Dustin Davies is a great lawyer and very good in the court room. He loves what he does and it shows.

After being in a car accident, my wife and I were getting nowhere with the insurance company of the other party. Mr. Davies and everyone at Hasty Pope were so friendly and professional and took care of everything! They were amazingly thorough, patient, and ultimately very successful. They got us a better settlement than we were asking for in the first place! If you are shopping for a personal injury attorney for any reason and think Hasty Pope is maybe a bit expensive, I promise you, they ended up being worth every penny and more! My highest recommendation goes to Hasty Pope, and if we ever need legal services again (though I hope we don't!) I can assure you Hasty Pope will be our first call. The first paralegal I worked with was very hard to get in contact with either by email or phone. For some reason after several months of not being able to get in touch when her, I was assigned a new paralegal Amanda. She was constantly in contact with me and did an amazing job at keeping me up to date with my case. But the first few months are critical in a case and I'm afraid to say that was not stressed enough until it was to late.The one thing that could have made my overall experience better would have been periodically hearing from the attorney. I would have informed him of my experience. After working with Amanda, I would return to their office again. Under the circumstances, I believe they did a great job settling my case.

Hasty Pope, it was a decent experience and I really liked one of the paralegals a lot, even though I didn't really correspond with my attorney that much.
