Along with a spinal injury, I have PTSD and Anxiety to the point that it’s very difficult to leave my house. Michael Weaver put my mind at ease from the very beginning during our initial phone call. In person, he’s exactly the same. He’s patient, understanding, and compassionate. During our trial, however, he was all of those things to me (client) but an extremely efficient lawyer against our opposing counsel! He can stand up with the best of them and get exactly what he needs. He’s very quick on his feet and is able to get to the needed truth!

Spoke to Mr. Parr today about a difficult issue and he was excellent-knowledgeable, kind, responsive, and straightforward. If I need representation, he would be my first phone call.

Two parts to this review: 1) When I first chose Weaver Law Firm for my divorce case I was assigned Jason Buress. I spoke with him over the phone and we scheduled a time to sit down and discuss the case. Afterwards he told me i had a great chance at winning full custody with guaranteed partial (50/50) so I signed him as my representative. Then over the next few months he did not reply to my emails, he did not return my calls he just blatantly ignored me. The next time I heard from him it was from his paralegal telling me I had only a few days before we had to do mediation. That doesn't go over well at all. He tells me I don't really have a shot and maybe I need to see if I can just get child support lowered and just essentially deal with it. I soon after dropped him as my lawyer and requested a new one, that begins part two. 2) After everything that happened above I was assigned Trey Bennett. Right from the get-go he told me straight up it was going to be difficult, but he would go the distance and he did. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and the issues were being resolved. He fought very hard for me and my son and I was very pleased with him as a person as well as an exceptional lawyer. If you choose this firm make sure you request him. If I would've gotten him the first go around this review would've definitely been 5 stars.

Can't say enough good things about Katherine Hall. She made creating our Will, Power of Attorney, and Advance Directive such a smooth process. She made sure to double check everything before finalizing. What I thought would be a headache turned out to be quite simple. Would definitely use Weaver Law Firm in the future!!

Mr. George is honestly the BEST ! He always kept in touch with me and made me make the best choices I could make !
