I highly recommend weaver law firm. Michael and Caitlin worked with me with my divorce. Michael was clear and upfront about his fees so I knew exactly what I was going to pay for each service. Communication was great and they always got back to me in a timely manner...even through the holidays! Everyone I met in the office was kind and friendly.im thankful I chose Michael and weaver law firm to represent me in the divorce.

I will just say this, you draw your own conclusion. I hired them to represent me in a case, I was expecting to to have prep session with them prior to the hearing date. That never happened. I called in the afternoon preceding the hearing date (worried) I could not get a hold of anyone to tell me what to do or where do we meet etc.... when someone ,finally decided to call me back was to let me know that " I think we are going to take a lost". As my lawyer, that is not what I want to hear. I expect a , lawyer to fight for me in court not set my expectations to lose. And lose I did. After the other part laid their claims. I was advised not to take the stand because they don't have enough evidence to win; and that exactly what the other lawyer used against me, the fact that I did not bother to refute their claims. At that point, It was clear to me why I was told that we are going to lose.

I had a great first experience speaking with Mr. Weaver who was very helpful and mindful of my situation. He was super informative in regards to my inquiry about the case I'm trying to pursue. I feel confident that if I choose to hire Mr. Weaver, he would be able to handle my case without any problems. Thank you again.

Dan Parr has went over and beyond to help me with my accident injury. The other insurance company tried screwing me on my settlement . Dan Parr wasn't having it. He fought for me and is truly the best attorney around.

My sister and I worked with Dan Parr. He is very "matter of fact" attorney, but that is what we needed. He is an aggressive attorney, and stood our ground every time it was needed. I would definitely recommend Dan. He won our case, and it was a tough one with multiple family members involved . His paralegal Tammy is great too. Both are very easy to work with. I don't think my sister and I understood how lengthy timelines are, due to the court system. Everything takes time. Will definitely use Dan again if needed in the future.
