i was given a percentage of discount i would be given by one provider, when it got to the paperwork it was a lower amount. when i stated it was the wrong amount no offer was made to correct it. most companies will instantly be willing to make corrections. I visited the provider to verify that they received that amount, it also let me thank them for their treatment and let them know that i would recommend them. If you can not depend on a firms representatives word,you need to change law firms.
