Please read the fine print. $5000 retainer that is a flat rate fee. So if she does not do enough work to use it all up, it remains hers. No refund. If you are not happy with how you are being treated like not responding to calls or emails in a timely manner or answering questions after asking then 1, 2, and 3 times. and you fire her. No refund. Would not refer at all. Does not treat clients like they matter. When she does finally call you. She acts like you are a burden. I retained her for a simple no contest divorce. Fired her and will handle the remainder myself. She just got $3200 for free because i did not pay attention to the $5000 is a flat rate fee. Dear Crystal - As a lawyer, please do not post lies, I 100% stated facts and represented exactly what happened. You were my second attorney because the good lawyer pool is extremely shallow. I never had an issue with the judge. As I recall, in our consult, you stated she did not like you and warned me if I wanted to continue knowing she was not fond of you as a lawyer. What is laughable, is your unprofessional response in trashing your client, this is very telling for future possible clients. I did not have a problem with the judge or her staff and I did not even have any witnesses. I actually asked if any of family members needed to come and you said no. You are totally gaslighting and condescending. You completely defend yourself in a narccist manner and then offer "Good luck in trial" Really you should have ended it with " I wish I could have done more for you" Now that would have made you as an attorney look much better. The problem, attorney Wright, was not the quickness of the court, but with you. And you called me on Sunday because I sent an email stating how disappointed I was with your service, not the courts. You keep pushing everything off on the courts and take no responsibility. Dear Crystal - I can post the Sunday email here if you would like. Nothing about any of my review is false. I know you are scrambling to save face, but truly it is just acknowledging your incompetence and say that you should have done better. The Sunday email had nothing to do with the slowness of the court but EVERYTHING to do with questions and being prepared for that day. It really concerns me that you even read my email. Again it had nothing to do with with how slow the court was moving but how you never returned my emails and questions. You love to throw blame and take none. This is a common thread in all of your reviews. But I am more than happy to post the Sunday email - which will show that I am 100% questioning your integrity to my case.

Attorney Wright and her amazing team were a absolute blessing throughout my whole case. Highly recommend her to handle anything in her field of practice. I wish all the attorney's I've had over the years fought for me and had faith in me as she did. Hopefully I will never have to retain her services again but will if necessary. OMG! What a failure! Wasn’t prepared for court. Called me the morning of court asking for paystubs. She was not prepared! I should’ve known it would be downhill from there. It was! Lots of commotion in court regarding my child and the other parent. Once that was settled she pushed the CS paperwork to me and asked me to sign. 2 days later I asked for the paperwork to look at the documents. My CS is significantly lower than what the other parent makes. She didn’t do her due diligence and when questioned said I could pay her more to go back to court and get a modification. She rushed my case and had continuances because of “more important cases “ but blamed the other attorney. Save you time and don’t hire. Get an attorney that will fight for you and your child! Not someone who will take your money and do the bare minimum.

Crystal and her team are amazing. I had a custody and child support case and she made me feel secure and prepared me for every possible outcome. Her and her team are meticulous, patient, and reassuring. I am so glad that she was willing to take me on at the last minute. 🚨Men, I’m certain this review is worth your time reading.🚨 Before you hire an attorney for child support especially THIS one, Google “CJS 7 Attorney & Client.” Despite providing over 70 individual documents proving my income was approx 96K/yr, including my W-2, WRIGHT and the opposing party agreed my projected income will be over 146K for the year because of back paid overtime and the last pay period of Dec year being issued on Jan. 2nd of the new year. I had two year-to-date income values. They agreed to the higher value. After communicating thru email CRYSTAL WRIGHT didn’t want to fix the error. I hired another attorney, provided an income verification letter signed by my employer’s HR as well as an Experian Income Verifier Report the “judge” did NOT modify my support (because I’m assuming it would make her look incompetent). The actions of CRYSTAL WRIGHT lead to this! She did everything the system wanted her to do in the best interest of the system! That’s every attorneys job especially in “Family” court. I’ve always been an exceptional Dad and base my manhood on what I do for my kids. Having and been had my kids 40% of the time my child support with the help of WRIGHT is more than my mortgage! The opposing party had nothing against me concerning my parenting as a father! NOTHING AT ALL! ZERO CONCERNS! I hired WRIGHT and other attorneys to address the negligence of my kids mother. The courts awarded her negligence with more money to the detriment of my financial stability. The best results for MEN will come from you representing yourself. It’s intimidating and a bumpy ride but there are resources online you just have to search!!
