Extremely unprofessional with how they handle potential clients. I never received a call back and it’s been weeks. Also saw someone’s Tiktok review so I’m grateful they didn’t call me back. I dodged a bullet big time. I try to support black owned business, but from this companies responses to unsatisfied clients, they appear extremely unprofessional and money hungry.

Ms. Colleen Campbell service at this firm was immaculate. Her advisement and consistent work ethic to serve my needs was top tier service. She followed up, let me vent, and stayed available throughout the entire process when she served me. I’m thankful for her and the legal support she provided me. Definitely five star service. I'm going to keep a long story short. My attorney went on a road trip, operated a vehicle, and had other people present during my zoom Mediation that I was paying her and the mediator each $350 an hour for. I sent an email complaining a week after. 3 weeks later I still had no response to said email so I called and complained via phone. I finally next day after calling received a call from the managing attorney stating that I would not be offered a refund or credit for the very unprofessional and distracted mediation. The lack of response, apology, and willingness to make things right with a dissatisfied client left me in a position where I can not recommend this law firm to anyone. I was not important enough to them as a client to dedicate their undivided attention to me during my mediation or to properly follow-up when I had a complaint. Responding to the lies below the mediator is $350 an hour the attorney is $250 an hour. The attorney credited me because the mediation lasted 7hours as she was dropping off having to call back driving a vehicle while having her passenger pull up my documents on a laptop smh. The lawfirm covered their own behind by demoting the attorney that didn't help me. Also my case is not settled and you did not apologize. I did most the talking in my mediation because i was dumbfounded that the attorney was actual that unprofessional. Why are you even responding to my review just get my negative reviews removed like you said you would. You do not care about your clients ONLY MONEY.

If you’re looking for an attorney who actually cares about their clients on a personal level Crystal is it! She is overly communicative and made sure I was aware of every detail to the case.
