I can’t even begin to express the wonderful experience I had with Mr. Bushway and his office. I felt welcomed not only by him, but his staff as well. They were always responsive in a timely manner. He took the time to review every stitch of paper work of my brothers record and he also was available to answer any questions. His price was reasonable and well worth every dollar spent. I would highly recommend him. He was personable and to me that made a huge impact. He was honest and trustworthy to the very end.There was never any surprises. Unfortunately, I have hired several attorneys over the years and ones like him are few and far between. If you choose him you will not be disappointed!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this firm. The staff is helpful and professional. Here’s my story.... After discovering my beloved husband and best friend were having an affair I consulted with Keagan Waystack’s firm to file for divorce. After sending a web- based email, Ms Waystack reached out to me personally on the same day...I think my email reached her on a personal level. After hiring her, she and her associate, Mary Graul went to work on my case and the rest is the beginning of what has become the start of a new a wonderful life. Although my case was contested, we did not have to go to court. My ex folded like a cheap lawn chair when Keagan met with him and laid out our case and his options (apparently he was unaware that adultery was illegal). This law firm is top notch, tip of the sword, best of the best! 5 Stars!! Two thumbs up!! Highly Recommend!! If ypu need any legal counsel call them...and tell them Debi sent you❤️

Absolutely great lawfirm

Does not return phone calls after you pay $5,000 for a retainer. Was highly recommended by a friend and as soon as the money was paid he was done. Has his receptionist lie for him. Even a few days before court he will not return any of your calls no matter how many times you call him. He is a waste of your money and does nothing to help you. He gets you to get all the paperwork that he needs very unprofessional and rude he is a rude man

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with both attorneys. Keagan Waystack failed to represent me as she promised upon our consultation. It took triple the amount of time estimated to complete a service by publication divorce, which does happen, however the constant mistakes by either her or her staff got to the point of where I had to become the squeaky wheel. Ms. Waystack told me, upon becoming condescending and vaguely threatening when I - as a client who has pre-paid for services - respectfully demanded (in writing) some sort of response from an unresponsive office. It still kind of breaks my heart to this day, reading that someone who I gave my last $ to feels that I did not give them enough $...less than 1/2 of it was utilized. I literally have a 58 minute phone charge for “checked in with office again to see if they have an updated address”. Mr. Bushway did me the kindness of providing a consultation. He requested a long list of items to review before making a decision whether or not to represent me - absolutely understand, makes a ton of sense. What doesn’t is that he took THREE MONTHS to review my information and sent me a letter which arrived 2 days before the statute of limitations made it no longer possible for me to file. Looking back on the written exchanges with office staff, it is definitely my fault for sticking with them for so long under these conditions. The multiple mistakes and misfilings...I suppose if I had paid more money, things would have gone better. Hopefully, since less than 1/2 of my retainer was used, I can still gather some funds to have the divorce process completed by another attorney. Update: they tried to double bill me AGAIN by sending me a bill with charges which were already removed from my retainer. I keep my receipts and sent them in because, you may have no class, but you will get nothing from me. You spent less than half my retainer on my case especially considering you refused to do the things you promised during the hiring visit before you had my money in your hand. Second of all, aren’t you ashamed of yourself? Just sending out random bills to bleed more money out of people? It does not cost 1k to get a divorce by publication. Nope. Also, Bushway didn’t like my review so he decided to call one of my family members to complain. Are you real? Every single word written here is the truth and I have the right to expose poor, shady behavior since Waystack took my money and did a bad job of very simple work.

Keagan has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and persistent. She has continued to look out for my best interest and her assistant Jenna has continuously given me updates when needed which I’m extremely appreciative for!
