Mr bushway and ms waystack are absolutely amazing ..they will attack your case viciously and very thorough...they were complete strangers to me.now I could never thank them enough for everything ..they treat you so well and have your best intentions in mind..literally just made my life legally and personally. They need 10 stars

Mr. Bushway was fast to respond to my case and was able to absolve all charges. Along with his paralegal Mrs. Wilkes, they were both consistently available to discuss my case and had prompt answers to all legal concerns. He is an excellent and experienced attorney.

This group was amazing!! I called them less than 48 hours before my case, and met with them less than 24 hours before my case, Bushway was great! Not only did he represent me and my family well, he explain everything to me in a way I could understand. Which made the process less stressful. I would definitely use this attorney/ group again. Terrible quality of representation. In the initial interview, this group seems very respectable with fancy clothes and upscale office. After paying $3500, did not receive notification of court date. Every time I went into office a new person was working who had no idea about anything. I spoke with their associate, Kyle who did not relay important information. In court, Waystack tried to get me to sign a 2 in 10 yr second DUI conviction. Luckily I had done my own research and had put proof of dates divided by more than 10 yrs in her files weeks prior which she would have known about if she had spent any time preparing for my case. After court, would not return emails. In final court date, Waystack spent all of time before court talking to a friend in the lobby instead of me about my case. Once inside she is trying to whisper to me while the Judge is speaking ( only 4 people in the courtroom including us) which seems very disrespectful. In front of judge, Waystack fumbles through old information of past arrests and has all of the timelines and facts messed up which the prosecution easily brings to light making me look like a liar. After court again could not get emails returned. Would not recommend using this group for representation.

I would highly recommend Keagan to handle any legal matter. She took a crazy difficult case for my daughter and didn’t give up until we won! She is honest and professional and very considerate of her clients. She doesn’t put up with BS and lets everyone know it!

If you are in need of attorneys who have a proven track record and can help you, then these are the ones for you! I know that if I ever need an attorney again, I will definitely use the Law Firm of Bushway & Waystack!

This is a horrible office to contact. They never return your calls! Sometimes I had to call days in a row hoping I could get my question answered. Even though I was a client here. I made the full payment immediately and then I was treated like this. I would have to phone them to receive updates on my case because no one would reach out to me. I had to help them get evidence and do work for my own case, since no one was working for me or at least how it seemed.

Mr. Bushway is very thoughtful, professional and thorough. We have used the services of this firm for several years and will continue to do so.

Keagan Waystack was a Godsend for my brother. She handled his case quickly and effectively. She was excellent in communicating what was happening and how she was handling the obstacles he was facing. She did what she said she could do and more. If you are ever in need of legal representation I would highly recommend Keagan Waystack. She is knowledgeable and savvy. Everything you'd want in an attorney! She even has followed up post close of case and I don't know many attorney's who do that.
