I have used David Rick's in the past on a case that is completely different from the legal issue my son and I are experiencing now. There was no need to review any other lawyer, without a doubt or second thought David was the go to guy. We just got started, nothing has been written in stone but he's already let the other party know he cares about his clients and will advocate for people like me who does not know the law and there are people who like to manipulate that fact to get over on them. Didn't think twice. I knew David Rick's was the go to man. He helped me and my son in the past and I was surprised how fast he made things happen. I'm glad he cares enough to advocate for people like me that are sometimes taken advantage of because I'm not well educated when it comes to the legal system. Sent to me from T. I can certainly say that it was indeed a pleasure speaking with Mr. Ricks of Nelson & Smith Attorney At Law. He was very clear and thorough with his answers on all of my questions about the situation we discussed. Although I was vague he was still patient and understood. He advised me that he would help if he could and if not he would refer me to someone who could. I commend him on all of his great works. I'm glad that he remembered me from my previous times. I contacted my friend and she is looking forward to speaking with him on the matter at hand and thanked me for it.

Update since my last review. Apparently I spoke too soon by providing negative feedback but patience isn’t a strong trait of mine. Mr Ricks definitely came through and helped my wife with her lawsuit. While things take time he was very responsive and ultimately achieved an acceptable settlement. Thanks so much!!

Mr. Ricks was awesome! Worked really hard to get results from the insurance company. He went above and beyond and got back more than expected. Very friendly and always kept me informed on what was going on. Would definitely recommend Nelson & Smith. They are amazing! Thank you Mr. Ricks!
