My first experience with Nelson & Smith was about 12 years ago when my brother was in a horrific car accident, where he fractured a vertebrae. We were lucky to have stumbled upon this firm at the time, but the attentiveness, care and professionalism, of Mr. Smith and his staff, displayed towards my brother and his case are the reasons why we have and will remain lifetime clients. Since then, Nelson & Smith has handled a minor car accident claim of mine, and the workers compensation claim of a friend. Though none of these cases were alike in circumstance or injury, the common theme of all 3 is Mr. Smith’s genuine care for his clients and his tenacity when it comes to getting them the treatment they need and compensation they deserve, insurance companies be damned.

Mr. Smith is an phenomenal man and exceptional at what he does!!! He is an expert in his field of practice. He and his staff have treated me with the upmost respect and made me feel at ease and informed during the entire process! I HIGHLY recommend Blake Smith if you need an excellent attorney that will be there for you when you need him!
