My wife and I were arrested while passing through Cherokee County for possession of marijuana which carried felony charges. Being Massachusetts residents, Attorney West and his team worked diligently for the best possible outcome. They were able to have our probation transferred back to Massachusetts and even got the judge to acknowledge our medical marijuana cards allowing for the use of medical marijuana without the risk of probation violation. If you are ever traveling through Georgia, stay out of Cherokee County. If you ever find yourself in legal trouble, hire Attorney West with confidence!

The older lady that answers the phone NEVER know anything and can NEVER help with anything but taking a message, in which a call is NEVER returned. The younger lady is always trying to resolve an issue while on the phone so she's the only reason for the 2 stars. As far as David and his Associates they NEVER return phone calls and since his staff NEVER know anything I would think it's important to update a person of what's going on but that NEVER happens. If someone you love has medical emergencies then it'll be super hard for you to get this lawyers office to do anything as far as obtaining medical records in order for them to help, they do expect the loved ones to do everything then give it to them, the older lady told one of the family members to print off the medical release form and take it to the jail and get it signed so they could help NOT offering to get the lawyer or his associate that's getting paid to schedule a visit to get it done. There is no protocol or sense of urgency for inmates with medical conditions, so if you're okay with having to call and harass the only people that can actually advocate for the person you love that is incarcerated then this is definitely not the lawyers office. I will say even though there were no calls but 1 that was returned during the whole process he did get do his job as far as performing in court. To keep hearing idk or I'll have to take a message for someone to return your call and never get that returned call is always unnerving knowing there's nothing you can do about it.

If u need a great lawyer. Please give David a call . He is the best around. He keep me out of prison just like he said he would. I would recommend him to everyone especially with drug charges. Thank you David so much.
