Unfortunately, we've just had so very much going on for the past year and so delayed posting this review. However, we definitely want to make sure and give credit when credit is due! Ms. Hong represented us in a legal matter last May 2017. We found her to be Extremely Professional, Compassionate and Understanding to our situation. What we found even more impressive though was how she was friendly and cordial when necessary, and then so stringent on our behalf with the opposition in Court. We very much admired her tenacity ! I hired Mr Holloway for a family member after the attorney we paid $2250 for (Jim Rife), didn’t have the time of day for us. We were told 24 hours before our scheduled court date (and only because I reached out to him to see if he had been in touch with the DA since court was in 24 hours) that Jim Rife had the flu and was bedridden. Jim Rife was unwilling to explore any option such as asking another attorney to cover him out under the circumstances, and he refused to reach out to the DA by phone to try to come up with any solution. He simply expected my family member to wait another month until another court date. Rehab had been arranged and paid for and waiting another month was not an option we felt was fair at all. So, I called Mr. Holloway’s firm and spoke to Stephanie (very professional) about our circumstances. She had Mr. Holloway call me immediately. He put me on HOLD and called the DA to speak with him about our situation. Mr Holloway took on our case and showed up for court the next morning. He was able to negotiate with the DA and got our family member out of jail and to the rehab facility that was paid for and waiting for him. Mr Holloway did more on 18 hours than (Jim Rife) did in six weeks. Mr Holloway even followed up by email to check in on my family member as to if he got to rehab okay. I wouldn’t hesitate again on who I would call if ever in the need. I just wish I had called Holloway law firm in the first place and not wasted the money we had on John Rife. Thank you again Mr. Holloway !!
