I was very impressed with Mr. Schwartz professional manner. He was honest, forthright, and an attorney that I would readily refer to, if the need arose. I am very confident that he would handle any and every case in the most just and dignified manner in accordance with the rules or standards of the law. We were looking for an attorney to represent my brother on a DUI case, and I was referred to Andrew Schwartz by a friend of my sister's. The friend is also an attorney and had nothing but good things to say about Andrew and suggested we use him. I proceeded to retain Andrew's services, and I am completely ecstatic about the outcome of my brother's case. Andrew had an excellent relationship with the prosecuting attorney, and my brother plead to a lesser charge and will end up doing half of his probation. Andrew held our hand through every phase of the process, was always available via phone/email, was very responsive and made us feel extremely comfortable. This was the best experience I've had dealing with an attorney (personally and for my brother). I retained Mr. Blevins to represent me for a misdemeanor affray charge and he got the charges dismissed. He was very receptive, very open, available (shared his personal cell with me for any after hour questions), and effective. He communicated well and efficiently. Richard Blevins did a GREAT job for us on two cases. On one case he was able to minimize the impact of a DUI charge. He was able to get the other case dismissed after we followed his recommendations prior to our court date. He’s very knowledgeable and familiar with what needs to be done to handle your case.
