Richard Blevins has been our Family Attorney for many years. Richard has shown excellence in providing advice in many areas including education law, traffic violations, etc. We have had the misfortune to have a couple family members get themselves into hot water with the law and Richard has represented us every time with very successful outcomes. Andrew managed to keep my wife out of jail plain and simple. I retained Andrew for multiple cases in two counties. One county had a very strict Judge that does not allow for the suspension of minimum jail times. Andrew managed to move the supervision of initial sentence to another county which allows for the suspension of sentences contingent on the successful enrollment and completion of court supervised programs. This type of transfer, to our knowledge had never been done before and it kept my wife from having to spend a single day in jail. Andrew not only kept us informed of our options at all times, he crafted and executed a brilliant plan that has gotten my wife into a great program that is making a huge difference in our lives. Mr. Blevins really helped me through a situation, I was not really sure how to handle the situation. But he made it pain free. I was in a car accident that was not my fault and had many phone calls from different insurance companies, about the accident and everyone that was involved. Terrified they would some how make this my fault. I contacted Mr. Blevins he walked me through what needed to be done. Kept me very informed through the different acts that was taken by email and by phone. ( That is hard to come by these day.) Normally you only talk to a secretary or a machine. But he was really hands on with every letter and action that was taken. By the end of the case he told me about money that I was intitled to that i would not have even knew about if it had not been for his help. I received several injuries from the accident he made my experience worry free for my family and I. During this time that was the last thing we needed to be worrying about. Thank you Richard.

My wife and I made a purchase at a retail store and were later sued by the the company for having the credit card company do a chargeback for the defective item we purchased. Andrew worked to try to settle the dispute with the retail store, but after they refused, Andrew defended us in court and we won our case.
