Mrs. Cherry is amazing. She was with me every step of the way and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I have never met or retained a better lawyer. Diane Cherry is wise, experienced, extraordinary and effective! I was blessed to have her take over and clear up the mess of a mutual consent divorce gone bad. She made the wrongs right and was able to negotiate the right, legal and necessary course needed to succesfully resolve my case. Even the judge complimented her before ruling on my case. Four years later she and her firm immediately responded effectively to a violation situation that was made by my ex toward my family! If you need the best lawyer, you might be able to pay more but not retain the best! I highly reccommend Diane Cherry Law Firm!

Divorce is not an easy process especially when you have a greedy ex that tries to take everything possible! You need someone that will fight for you! Diane was that person for me! I work for a school system and don’t have a six-figure income. Diane and her team made me feel like they fought just as hard for me, as they would have for someone with the six-figure income. Diane and her team listened to what I wanted and made it happen to the best of their ability. I had shared the first thing out of my son’s mouth, at the beginning of the separation/divorce process which was, “Mom, will we have to move?” My response to him was; “no sweetie, I have always paid the mortgage and Gran and Grandad gave me the down payment”. Well in Ga. that was, in fact a real possibility and may have happened if I had gone with a different attorney! Not only was my house and on the line, but also my retirement, life insurance (I’m a breast cancer survivor, back surgery, knee surgery and had a hip replaced) and my pension (not just from the time we were married, but when I retire!). My ex was self-employed teaching tennis. A predominately cash business… Thankfully Diane and her team worked tirelessly to prove to the judge I should not have to continue to pay his way in life. She did such a great job the Judge actually said, “It is clear that Mr. Williams has not contributed meaningfully throughout the entire marriage….” Nine months later, my ex took me back to court. One phone call to Diane and she was by my side fighting for my sons right (he is 16) to choose where to spend his holiday. Once again, when she was done with my ex, the Judge ruled in our favor! If you need a fighter Diane is the attorney you want in your corner!

Diane Cherry is worth her weight in gold! I called her with an emergency legal matter and she not only immediately talked to me on the phone at 8 in the morning, she cancelled her morning and afternoon appointments and accompanied me to court at 1030am the same morning. <br> <br>She had me come into her office as soon as possible to prep. She was a rockstar during court and afterwards she even insisted on loaning me an umbrella because it was raining and I did not have one. She really and truly CARES about her clients. I am beyond thankful to have chosen her to represent me.

I could also feel that Ms. Cherry was not in it for the money like many other lawyers. I am currently in a very tough financial situation, I am a recipient of SSDI, and her team knows that. They are very conscious of your financial capabilities and I am sure I was underpaying her team for the results we were getting. One thing Ms. Cherry told me that I will never forget is that I did not need a male attorney, but a good attorney, and that is so true. If you are looking for a professional, focused, knowledgeable, confident, experience, caring and friendly lawyer, Ms. Cherry is an obvious choice. And believe me when I say that because I have had my share of different attorneys. With that being said, I would like to say thank you to Ms. Cherry and her wonderful team. My daughter and I will always be grateful for everything you have done for us.

I'm in a divorce case where Diane Cherry would have been my better choice. But I went with a radio ad. ALL law firms are limited by the level of engagement of the individual attorneys in it. A radio ad doesn't speak to the aggressiveness of your attorney. I called Diane Cherry to get a paid, second opinion on my proposed settlement. A consummate professional, she reserved judgment of another attorney, and declined me. But she still assembled the facts on the phone, quickly got oriented, considered everything and gave me a strategy to run by my attorney. Wow! I said how can I pay you? She said just write about your experience. Well there it is. She's my next attorney.
