From the initial phone consultation through the resolution of my case, Diane was both knowledgeable and efficient. There were days I called and emailed numerous times asking questions, airing concerns, and sometimes just needing to "talk things through". I was always treated with respect, given straight forward answers/advice, and the directives we would decide upon together were followed through immediately.

I hired Diane Cherry to represent me during my divorce this year. I read the other reviews posted on here and would like to mention that Diane is an assertive, no nonsense attorney. She states things like it is. I personally wanted a firm, stern like lawyer. I needed someone that was confident in their own abilities and not a pushover. Diane fit the bill. I am now a single mother to 3 children and although it is difficult, Diane set me up so I don't have to stress so much about my finances at the moment while I get on my feet considering I stayed home for 5 years. She will take care of you. She is smart, knows the law, has been practicing for years, and has probably seen it all. I plan to use her again if ever needed.

Diane was my attorney for my previous custody case several years ago. She and I had not spoken or seen each other in several years. I was sitting in court for a semi-related issue and just happened to see Diane. We smiled and waved and that was the end of that. I did not have an attorney for this case (could not afford one) and the defendant did have an attorney. Diane saw me in the hallway on a recess from the hearing and questioned me about my case. She was in there working a completely different case that day. I told her what was going on and showed her all my paperwork and she said "hold on, I will help you" She came back in the court room with me, went over all my paperwork while other cases were heard and when it came time for me to stand before the judge she came up there and represented me.....and helped me get exactly what was needed and wanted in my case and filed the court documents for me too! Yes, that is right, she choose to take time out of her day and her busy schedule to help ME! She remembered me from years ago and cared enough to help me in that situation. You don't find attorneys like that anywhere!!!! She knows exactly what she is doing and she does it very well! Anyone I have mentioned her name to over the past few years has always had positive things to say about her. If you want a wishy washy, softy attorney - Diane is not for you. Diane is tough, she knows the law, she knows the process and she will fight for you to get the right thing!

I enlisted Diane's services for an uncontested divorce that ended up becoming a bit of a handful. Through the entire process Diane was very patient and up front about explaining the legal details and process as we walked through them. I would recommend her services to anyone that needed an up-front attorney that communicates straight forwardly and is very responsive to your questions and needs.

The Cherry Law Firm is the BEST!!! After interviewing several family law attorneys to handle my divorce and child custody case, I came across The Cherry Law Firm. I called their office to set up a consultation meeting with Diane Cherry, and was able to speak directly to Diane over the phone. After explaining my situation to her, she gave me some suggestions on things I needed to start doing right away to help my case. From our phone conversation, I could tell that she was exactly the type of attorney that I needed to have my back, so I met with her for a consultation and hired The Cherry Law Firm on the spot.
