I would strongly recommend Bert Cohen, he was quick at getting a plea deal and one that we were very satisfied with.

Bert is a brilliant gifted attorney,. I have seen him take command in the court room. He is smart , kind, patient and compassionate. If ever in need of legal counsel Bert is the man for the job!

I have known Bert Cohen for 5 years. He not only knows the law and how to apply it but makes an impressive argument for his cases in the courtroom. I know that for a fact because he assisted me tremendously when my son got into legal trouble. He was always available when I needed to talk to him (and that's a lot)! I hired Mr. Cohen to represent me on a very difficult and emotional matter. Due to a negligent builder, three people were injured when a recently built deck collapsed. POOR. NOT CONCERNED ABOUT HIS CLIENTS. BERT HAS KNOWN ME AND MY FAMILY FOR ABOUT 20 YEARS, AS WE USED TO CELEBRATE THE JEWISH HOLIDAYS TOGETHER. HE RECOGNIZED ME AFTER SO MANY YEARS - I DIDN'T RECOGNIZE HIM. I WAS ARRESTED BY COBB COUNTY POLICE FROM FALSE REPORTS TO THE POLICE FROM THE 'VICTIMS'. BERT SAID TO FILE FIRST OFFENDER. WHENEVER I ASKED HIM A QUESTION, HE WOULD SAY 'GO TO TRIAL' WITHOUT ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS. THERE WERE A LOT OF SIMPLE WAYS TO HAVE HAD EVERYTHING DROPPED, BUT BERT NEVER MENTIONED THEM, WHICH WOULD HAVE MADE ME PLEA DIFFERENTLY. I HAD TO FIRE BERT W. COHEN, AS HE WAS OF NO USE. I ALLEGE THAT DUE TO THE VERY INSIGNIFICANT CHARGES I WAS FALSELY CHARGED WITH, CHANCES ARE THE CASE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN HEARD, SO EVERYTHING WOULD HAVE BEEN DROPPED. ALWAYS CHECK THE COURT CALENDAR, AS WELL AS THE CASE LOAD AND TRIALS TO BE HEARD. THIS GIVES A LOT OF INFORMATION, WHICH A SEASONED ATTORNEY SHOULD SHARE WITH HIS CLIENT.
