If you want an incompetent attorney who makes errors in favor of the your spouse, Sean Whitworth is your guy. I just discovered that the child support order filed with the court that was supposed to require me to pay actually was written as if my ex-wife was required to pay. This guy is a JOKE. Retain him at your peril.

After having a terrible experience with another attorney, I hired Mr. Whitworth to assist in a custody case for my son to obtain custody of his child. He and his staff were very professional and kept me informed of every step of the process. After dealing with this case for over a year, Mr. Whitworth came in and brought resolution in 6 months.
