Please think twice, before hiring flat fee attorney. If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Sean was representing my spouse. What I witnessed. Sean takes things personally. He didn't like my attorney, so he would be very slow in his responses. Sometimes it was no response at all. My spouse had hard time getting in touch with Sean.Left numerous messages with his ladies at the office. Sean doesn't like to do any legal paperwork, as it takes time, my attorney was preparing and filing documents with the court. Mediation was scheduled a month in advance. Sean didn't let anyone know, he would not be attending. Sean will have great conversation with you before you hire him and pay money. After that be prepared, things just might go south... Flat fee don't go far... Flat fee attorney can't stay with you forever, if things not moving fast... you will go on the back burner... So, if you don't like Sean, it's OK.. You already paid him upfront...
