Now that I'm a few months out I wanted to come back and thank Hobson & Hobson as well as Asha for everything they did for me during my divorce. She was able to see things with a clear head and educate me on what was important and kept my expectations realistic. She and her team took the time to explain each step in the legal process and help me better navigate my divorce and focus on what was most important for my family and I. If I had to do it again, I would use Asha in a heartbeat. She was amazing.

Starting off, it was very daunting thinking of all I would have to do to get this process started, but after the strategy session I feel much more confident. If I can sum up my experience so far in three words they would be: professional, friendly, and fancy. Their office is top notch. It truly sets the vibe of what you think a law office should be. Great experience so far!

I was 15 minutes early for the meeting, but the meeting started 15 minutes late. It was my first face to face meeting and my attorney was out sick - that’s understandable. However, the meeting starting late and the covering attorney not having any context on the case was annoying. The staff and facilities are quite nice and the attorney skilled, but the late start and lack of planning prevents a five start review at this time.

Leah Zammit is the best lawyer. Since last August, my wife falsely accused me of domestic violence and filed a TPO against me. Leah helped me win the case and dismissed the TPO. In the process, her outstanding professional and communication skills, patience, and the calm and extraordinary observation and logical thinking shown in court, helped me win the case. In the court, Leah would defend your rights like a lion. In the divorce case, I went to another lawyer first, and after spending a lot of time and money, nothing came out. Then I asked Leah to take over my divorce case, she helped me, and my wife reach an agreement, avoid going to court again, and freed me from the lengthy divorce proceedings in less than two months. Thank you, Leah. If you and your family need help, Leah is the best choice

Please don't use this company. The attorney I had was Chase. I was given a few emails, two in person meetings, and one or two phone calls. My case was lost over a month ago and I'm still getting billed. I've been charged $8000 so far. Invoicing is sketchy. Worst experience ever. Nothing positive came from the small amount of service given. Please don't use this firm ever.

Go anywhere else but here. They drained us of every single dime and they still continue to take. Not only that, they’re horrible and they reassigned us an attorney 3 times! They made promise after promise but it was just lie after lie. Our 2nd attorney resigned the DAY BEFORE our court hearing. Phillip was his name and he acted like he didn’t know what he was doing with our case and our last attorney did not have enough time to prepare! They screw you around and take all your money but nothing got accomplished! Take your money somewhere else.

These people play nice up front, take your money and do nothing all the while draining your bank account as they make you sign and give them your banking card!! Call and never get answers from “so called” team!! Spent over $9,000 and got no where and then they tried to tell me they need another $5,000! Don’t trust these people.

Terrible experience especially when your already going through so much stress. Not very clear and transparent with the retainer cost. They will drop you like a hot potato which happen to me. I email the lawyer for some grace and understanding asking for a debriefing...no answer to my email from another money hungry law firm.

Modern day pirates! First and foremost this is far more than a statement of a disgruntled client. Absolutely disgusting law firm! The owner promised me the world in order to take a $5,000 retainer. Everything was going great. Couldn't ask for a better firm at first. After $10,000+ I expressed my concerns because it was nothing more than preparations. As soon as I expressed that I had literally spent my entire savings, at the time, it was at that point I was coerced into settling to the opposing sides demands. I use the term "coerced" because I was threatened to be dropped due to incompetence from the office over a scheduled payment that they did not process. As long as you have an endless spending account I would recommend them. However, if you're among most of us hard working citizens and do not have an endless spending account please stay clear from this firm!!!!

Hobson & Hobson, P.C. played an intricate part in enabling me to move forward confidently in financial matters during separation. Elisabeth, in particular, showed a level of professionalism and knowledge that gives credit to both herself and the firm.
